How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order is placed, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

We ship orders Monday - Friday. 

The product should take approximately 2-4 business days to get to your door. 


What shipping options do you offer?

Most orders are shipped via UPS.  However, we do offer some expedited options for an additional charge.    


Where does my product ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Camarillo, CA and the product ships from there. 


How long does regular, free shipping take?

UPS shipping takes  2-4 business days for your product to deliver.  


How will I know when my order ships?

After we process your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number on it. That means that your package is on it’s way!

Help, my order was damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us by email and reference your name, the order number and what product(s) were damaged. Also, include a photo of the damages. 

Once we get that information from you, our customer service team will contact you and let you know how to handle this. 

Let us know about damages to your order within 3 days of it delivering your order. 


What if my order is wrong?

If your order if wrong please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. If you can send a photo of your whole order, showing all items received. We will then contact you and advise the next steps.

When emailing us, include your name and order number. 


What if I entered the wrong shipping information? 

If you entered the wrong shipping information and you haven’t received your order yet, please email us asap. There may be an additional charge to update your shipping information. 


What happens if it shows my order was delivered but I never got it?                                                                                 

You may want to check around your home. Sometimes, orders get dropped off near a garage door or gate instead of at your front door. Also, check to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you still can’t find your order email us and we can help. 


Where do you ship the product to?

The product is only available in the USA. 


Do you offer returns?

We offer returns within 10 days of receiving the product. For returns, the product must be unopened. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the product back to us. You will then get a credit on the returned product, minus a 20% processing fee. When returning a product, please include the original packing slip (if available). Returns should be sent to the following address:

I placed an order but didn’t get an email?

This could mean a few things - maybe a wrong email address was entered or our emails are going to your spam box.

Check your spam folder to see if our emails are going there. Sometimes certain email providers send our stuff to the wrong place. 


If you entered the wrong email address but your credit card is showing a payment for the product then your order went though. Email us at  hello@escapemocktails.com  with your name and ship to address. We will check our end for the order.
